Hunchbacks want lots of cake. When you fight them they will come at you while swinging their arms. When you kill them they give you cake, cupcakes, lollypops and XP Points.
On giving a Hunchback cake, they seem to get icing around their mouths and follow you around.
If you give a hunchback a bone, it will spawn a horde of Hunchback Skeletons. This can be useful when fighting Goo Goats or Blorbs, as they will shoot them from a long range.
